Linzy

Linzy came in with the kind of range that lets you do four different editorials in one session. That's the opposite of how most studio days go — usually you commit to a look and push it. This was four commitments in four hours, each one its own world.

The strongest frame is the chiaroscuro floor work. Black bralette, charcoal trousers, a single light carving her against a dark backdrop. It's doing what the best studio photography does — using subtraction to make a figure more present, not less. That frame became the cover for the project.

The denim and overcoat look is the counterweight. Hair wild, 90s supermodel energy, a kind of motion you can't fake. The bodysuit movement work in black and white has a ballet quality. The white shirt set is clean, high-key, contemporary. The close-up portrait with natural curls is the quiet one — beauty editorial, soft light, a long look.

Shot on medium format. Available light where possible, studio strobe where the look required it. The point of building an editorial with this much range in one session is to demonstrate a model's versatility without sanitizing it. Linzy isn't a "one look" model. The frames should make that clear to anyone who sees them.
